Sample Production Line

The LTCC prototype production line at IMST facilitates cost-effective, fast and accurate multilayer LTCC module manufacturing. A team of specialists serves customers regarding material and foundry selection, fabrication steps as well as testing and characterization. Post-processing like SMT, wire bonding, dicing and inspection capabilities complete the prototype service. There is a strong background in microwave, RF and mobile communication applications and a long-term cooperation with LTCC material suppliers and foundry services. Ask for more information! Examples and Solutions

Standard LTCC technology is applied from few hundred MHz to about 40 GHz. Modules for wireless communication and RADAR sensors are the driving markets for high frequency solutions. The photographs illustrate selected developments like the BluetoothTM transceiver with integrated antenna or the power amplifier for GSM mobile phones. ISM bands (e.g. 24 GHz) are excellent for sensor applications like automotive RADAR. Complex Tx/Rx modules have been realized for point-to-(multi)point cellular networks.
